The invention relates to a combined refrigeration appliance, particularly a household refrigerator with a fridge enclosure which can be closed by a common door, in which there are arranged, one above the other, a normal fridge compartment and a freezer compartment provided with an extra door, the fridge enclosure being equipped with an internal enclosure in the form of a vessel made from an injection moulded or pressed part made from a synthetic material, which at its top has a shelf with an opening corresponding to the dimensions of the freezer compartment. According to the invention a frame 23 surrounding the door 17 of the freezer compartment 18 is arranged in the opening. The invention applies especially to household appliances. <IMAGE>
