PURPOSE:To prevent a shift and an inclination between cores, and also to improve the assembling workability by constituting a core so that a C shape is butted to both sides of an I shape, providing a stepped notch part extending from the middle part of the butt surface of the C shaped core to the rear end, and forming a gap between the I shaped cores. CONSTITUTION:C shaped cores 11A, 11B are butted to both sides of an I shaped core 10, respectively, and a coil 12 is wound around the core 10. A stepped notch part 13 is provided extending from the middle part of the butt surface of this C shaped core to the rear end, and the respective parallel surfaces 14 for forming a gap to the I shaped core 10 are provided. Also, the inside surface of the C shaped cores 11A, 11B forms a flat surface 17 making an obtuse angle to the parallel surface 14. This stepped notch part 13 is packed with an organic or inorganic gap material 15, and the I shaped core 10 and the C shaped cores 11A, 11B are formed to one body. Subsequently, an X part shown by a one point chain line is cut and polished. |
