PURPOSE:To facilitate the measurement of exhaust emission, by controlling the device at command car speed by adjusting the connecting degrees of a clutch until car speed reaches speed beforehand set when starting and by governing the opening of a throttle after can speed reaches speed set. CONSTITUTION:A shift lever 4 is subject to a start signal from a car speed command device 1, and set at a low location. A clutch is slowly connected by means of a clutch slow ON circuit 14, the connecting degrees of the clutch are feedback controlled so that actual car speed be identical to command car speed from the command device 1 by means of a dynamo speed control circuit 16 by the clutch, commands are transmitted from the command device 1 at time corresponding to command car speed, the clutch is perfectly connected and the car speed of an engine 8 is controlled by the opening of a throttle valve. Thus, a travelling pattern follow- up property in case of starting is extremely improved. |
