PURPOSE:To heat and cool easily a sample by arranging a flow passage for a cooling medium and a heater at a sample storage part, and supplying the cooling medium and powering on the heater alternately. CONSTITUTION:The sample storage part 1 is equipped with a heat insulating case 3 having a lid body 2 on it and a jacket 4 provided in the heat insulating case 3. The jacket 4 is cylindrical and has a sample storage hole 5 at its center part and numbers of grooves 6 at the outer circumference. The cooling medium is supplied from a pipe 9 to those grooves 6 and discharged from a pipe 10. Plural heaters 11 and sensors 12 which detect the temperature of the jacket 4 are embedded along the sample storage hole 5 between the hole 5 and grooves 6. The supply of the cooling medium and the power supply to the heaters 11 are carried out alternately by a timer and an operator heats and cools extremely easily the sample. |
