The present patent application relates to the sector of hydraulics and pneumatics. The essence is an oscillating beam having, at both ends, pistons which are under pressure either hydraulically or pneumatically, a roller wheel being mounted centrally as an antipole on the other side. As a result of the rotation of the wheel to one side, one side of the oscillating beam becomes longer and the other shorter. After the conversion via the oscillating beam, the force, which is present as secondary energy, can be utilised directly as such or can be converted again into a mechanical force via a hydraulic motor. This ensures that the piston on the long side is extended as far as the limit stop and simultaneously retracts the piston on the short side. As a result of the rotation of the wheel in the other direction, the operation is repeated in reverse order.
