The process has the following steps: a) positioning the cable sheathing; b) driving in the tie rod; c) expanding a forcibly expanding dowel provided on the tie rod; d) shrinking on the shrinkage cap; e) introducing casting resin; f) sealing the injection hole in the shrinkage cap. The seal combination exhibits a tie rod having a drive-in point, the threaded cone, the forcibly-expanding dowel sleeve, a tie-rod seal, the shrinkage cap, a seal for the injection hole and a drawing eyelet. <IMAGE>
