The invention relates to a handling vehicle for the cargo traffic of transport containers, transport pallets or the like, with a crane apparatus which has a centre crane-track section, at least one crane-track section which can be swung out laterally beyond the side limit of the loading area and a crane bridge running thereon, and with lateral support for the swung-out crane-track section. In order to extend the range of use of such a handling vehicle, provision is made according to the invention for the swing-out crane-track sections to consist of two arms preferably connected to one another in an articulated manner at their ends and pivotable towards one another, and for the inner arm to be rotatable about its axis while taking the other arm with it, or for the swing-out crane-track sections to consist of two arms, where the inner arm can be swung out laterally and the outer arm can be moved on the inner arm up to its outer end.
