ATTACHING APPARATUS OF WEFT GUIDE PART IN THE JET LOOM

The sley of a jet loom carries the reed, weft guides(4) and auxiliary jet nozzles(2). The guides and nozzles are mounted on blocks(8), which are themselves mounted end-to-end upon the sley. Each block carries several weft guides(4) and auxiliary nozzles(2) and can be removed individually from the sley. Renewal of worn weft guides does not involve dismantling the entire weft guides assembly. The nozzles(2) are fed through fiuid passages(21) in the blocks(8) and passages of adjacent abutting blocks align and communicate with one another when the blocks are mounted on the sley.
