PROCESS FOR PREPARING INACTIVATED CANINE PARRO VACCINE

An inactivated canine parvovaccine was prepd. by inoculating canine parvo-virus into canine kidney. Thus, (1) an isolated canine parvo-virus was inoculated into canine kidney and propagated to give a highly conce. virus, which showed 4000 HAu - 12000 HAU/0.25mL.(2) Raw materials for the vaccine (>=4000 HAU) were treated with formaline (0.2%) at 37oC for 72 hrs. to give an inactivated vaccine. (3) Virus was absorbed into raw materials treated with 30% Aluminium hydroxide-gel to give products.
