The invention relates to a noodle machine, with which different forms of noodles can be manufactured. To this end, individual pieces of dough are rolled off on a forming plate 2. The forming plate 2 has a groove 18 determining the shape of the noodles on its underside which is arranged directly above a conveyor belt 1. The conveyor belt 1 takes the individual pieces of dough along and rolls them along the groove 18. With this noodle machine, it is possible in particular to form so-called "schupf" noodles or bicornes which are formed essentially thicker in the centre than at their two ends. <IMAGE>
