The frame is for a stationary power-driven saw used for woodcutting, a pivoting movement being imparted by a pedal (15) to the saw (10) in relation to the work (13). The pedal is mounted on a bar (16) which pivots in a plane at 5 deg. or more to the vertical plane in which the saw pivots.
