发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DETERMINING SPACE COORDINATE OF WORKPIECE
摘要 PURPOSE: To accurately determine space coordinates of a work placed within a visual field at a high speed by sampling a pulse signal to digitize the same to determine the center of gravity of the pulse signal. CONSTITUTION: An optical system 12 is attached to a laser beam source 10 and the planar luminous flux of coherent beam is formed to irradiate a work 14. An imaging tube is used as a photoelectric converter 18 to be arranged so as to form a known angle with respect to the beam source 10 to take the image of the work 14. The imaging pipe 18 generates a plurality of scanning lines per one scanning figure. Each of the scanning lines has one reference pulse. This reference pulse corresponds to the intersecting point of the scanning line and luminous flux and reference pulse lines are displayed on a video image device. The output of the imaging pipe 18 is inputted to a video digitizer 22 and sampling and digitization are performed. The digitizer 22 determines the center of gravity of each reference pulse, that is, the geometrical verage position thereof. This determined position data and the distance data with a jig are unified by a computer 24 to determine the space coordinates of the work 14.
