PURPOSE:To execute quickly a replacement of an original board and an adjustment before and after a fine working by a cutting machine, by constituting so that a nut is rotated by adding a general purpose motor to a nut part of a ball screw of a feed driving mechanism for working. CONSTITUTION:In case of a regular working feed of high accuracy, a ball screw 3 is rotated through a decelerating part 2 by driving a ball screw driving servo motor 1, a ball screw nut 8 and a table 11 move, and an optical table 16 moves. Subsequently, a laser beam from a laser oscillator 22 is irradiated to an original board fixed to a turntable 18 and working is executed. In case when a ball screw nut driving motor 10 is used singly by a quick traversing mechanism, the table 11 is moved at a high speed in the direction as indicated with an arrow by rotating a gear 4 fixed to the ball screw nut 8 through a coupling 9, a bearing 6 and a gear 5. |
