PURPOSE:To control pilot flow rate by a subspool built in a spool part and to optimize the pilot flow rate at the using of a high water content working solution by forming a sheet part in a casing and also forming a poppet part in a spool. CONSTITUTION:Primary and secondary passages 18, 26 are formed in the casing of a pressure reducing valve and the spool 15 is built in the casing 1. A pilot passage 27 connected to a pilot poppet 29 is connected to the passage 26 and an orifice is formed on the passage 27. The spool 15 is moved in accordaance with the pressure difference between the front and back of the oriffice 28 to fix the pressure of the passage 26. The sheet part 31 is formed in the casing 13 and the poppet part 30 is also formed in the spool 15 to abut the poppet part 30 to the sheet part 31 at the maximum moving position of the spool 15. The subspool 19 is built in the spool 15 to control the pilot flow rate and always optimize the pilot flow rate by using the high water content working solution. |
