PURPOSE:To shorten an initializing time and to reduce the load on a central controller by inhibiting the transfer of constant data if the constant data is stored normally in the memory of a terminal controller when the terminal controller is powered on. CONSTITUTION:When the central controller 10 is powered on, initialization is performed to check a constant error 30. If it is judged that the constant data is not stored normally, a request to receive the constant data is sent to the central controller 10. When the constant data is judged to be stored normally, the constant data is not transmitted to the central controller 21. |
