PURPOSE:To prevent an onerous software from bein copied or used without permission by providing a hardware and a firmware for discriminating a central processing device having a use right of a software, on an electronic computer. CONSTITUTION:When an execution request of a software 3 whose copyright should be protected received, an operating system 5 receives the respective central processing device identifiers from both a hardware 4 and a sofrware 3. Also, whether the central processing device is that which is allowed to use the software or not is checked. |
