PURPOSE:To open/close a dump door reliably by coupling a movable member interlocked with tilting motion of load box to the front section of an idle link for four nod link then bending the rear section of idle link and coupling to a coupling link coupled with the dump door. CONSTITUTION:A movable member A constructed with a bell crank 8, transmission rod 12, rolling lever 16 and transmission link 19 is made rollable through resetting or tilting of load box 2. A four nod link B is constructed with main beam 7, parallel links 21, 22 and idle link 27 where the front end of idle link 27 is pin coupled 28 to said transmission link 19. The rear section of idle link 27 is bent while the front end of coupling link 29 is pin coupled 30 to the rear section. The rear end of coupling link 29 is pin coupled 32 to a bracket 31 secured to the rear face of base end of rear dump door 4. Because of bent in rear section of idle link 27, distance (L) between the hinge shaft 3 of dump door 4 and functioning force (F) of coupling link 29 will increase to enlarge closing moment of dump door 4. |
