PURPOSE:To make it possible to popularize this timepiece in a wide area without limiting a user by announcing a message with plural national languages selectively. CONSTITUTION:The storage area of a storage circuit M is divided into (n), and a message ''Good morning'' is stored in respective divided areas with n-number of national languages. An address designating circuit AD designates a selected storage area of the storage circuit M by the output from an input circuit IN. When the output is generated from a comparing circuit CM at a set time, the message in the storage area is read out by the output of the address designating circuit AD. This message is subjected to D/A conversion by a D/A converting circuit DT, and the message is announced with a selected national language from an announcing device SP. As the result, this timepiece can be popularized in a wide area without limiting user. |
