<p>PURPOSE:To secure a sufficiently large speed control ratio even in an area where a target speed is low by digitizing a detected speed signal and accessing a recording circuit stored with converted speed information corresponding to the digitized signal by this signal. CONSTITUTION:The driving speed of a servomotor 1 is detected by a tachometer 2, and the speed signal from the tachometer 2 is A/D-converted 11 into a digital value, which is used as an address to access an ROM12. The ROM12 is stored previously with converted speed information having a value which is smaller than the detected speed signal by a specific rate, and the read value from the ROM12 is D/A-converted 13; and the difference signal between the D/A-converted signal and a target speed signal from a control part 4 is amplified by an integrating amplifier 5. The driving current of the motor 1 is detected 6 and fed back through a proportional amplifier 7, and the difference between the feedback signal and the output signal of the amplifier 5 is found to drive the motor 1 by the signal obtained by amplifying the difference signal through a proportional amplifier 8 and a power amplifier 9.</p> |
