PURPOSE:To make a continuous automatic measurement possible, by setting a sample between an exciting part and a force detecting part and applying a static tension and a dynamic oscillation to this sample to detect the deformation and the stress of the sample and applying a DC and an AC to a movable coil of an exciter. CONSTITUTION:An exciting part 2 and a force detecting part 3 are fixed to a frame 1. The exciting part 2 consists of a magnetic circuit and a movable coil 10, and the magnetic circuit is provided with a yoke 11, a cylindrical plate 13, and the like. A magnetic gap is formed between the inside circumference of the yoke 11 and the outside circumference of the plate 13, and the movable coil 10 is so supported that it can perform the piston motion in this magnetic gap. By this constitution, an optimum tension is always given to the sample, and the continuous automatic measurement is possible each time even if the frequency and the temperature are changed. |
