PURPOSE:To quickly and strongly perform the connection of sand bags on site by a method in which loops of large rope attached to the four corners of a sand bag, and small ropes are connected to the tips of the large rope loops. CONSTITUTION:Loops of large rope 4 are attached with yarn 6 to the four corners or any position of a sand bag of a synthetic or natural fiber plain weave, and small ropes 5 are connected to the tips of the loops of large rope 4. In preventing the degradation of river bank, soil and sand are packed into the sand bag and ropes 3 for the entrance 17 of the bag are pulled and tensed to close the entrance 17. The sand bags are set in place while being connected with the small ropes 5. |
