PURPOSE:To weigh a neonate surely and quickly, by subtracting the weight of an object, which is stored in a microcomputer, from a weight detected by a weight detecting means and displaying the subtraction result on a display part. CONSTITUTION:The weight of an object or a blanket detected by a load cell connected directly to a scale 2 is stored by the microcomputer incorporated in a cabinet 10. When the neonate is placed on the blanket in this state, the weight of the whole is detected by the load cell, and said stored value, namely, the weight of the blanket is subtracted from this detected weight, and the result is displayed on a display part 11. Thus, erroneous weighing due to forgetting of depression of a taring button is prevented, and the neonate is always weighed surely and quickly. |
