PURPOSE:To enable the inspection of the auxiliary gate of an outlet conduit by a small-scale equipment by slidably providing a preliminary gate to open or close the opening in the lower opening part of the bonnet of an auxiliary gate in which the auxiliary gate door of the outlet conduit of a dam is housed in a vertically movable manner. CONSTITUTION:The maintenance inspection of a main gate 2 is made under the condition that an oil-pressure cylinder 9 is extended, an auxiliary gate 6 is lowered, and an outlet conduit 1 is closed. In inspecting the auxiliary gate 6, the gate 6 is pulled up above the inside of the bonnet 7 of the gate 6 in advance, and then pressure oil is supplied to the piston head side of the oil-pressure cylinder 12 for a preliminary gate 10 to slide the gate 10 in the bonnet 11 of the gate 10. Between the bonnet of the auxiliary gate 6 and the outlet conduit 1 is interrupted, and the gate 6 is inspected. |
