PURPOSE:To obtain the titled joined body that can be easily formed and is excellent in bonding strength and reliability, by putting together the ends of a metal material and a fiber reinforced composite material, engaging a rein impregnated fiber reinforced bundle at one side with a projected joining section of the metal material, and integrating the bundle at the other side with the composite material. CONSTITUTION:For example, metal materials 2 each having a projected joining section 3 are mounted onto a composite material producing mandrel 1, and after they are placed in a filament winding apparatus, a matrix resin impregnated reinforcing fiber bundle 6 is wound on the mandrel. Further, the fiber bundle 6 is wound with part thereof engaged with the projected joining sections 3 of the metal materials 2, then after they are molded under heating by autoclave molding method, the mandrel is withdrawn to obtain a fiber reinforced resin composite material 5, and at the same time the ends of the composite material 5 and the metal materials 2 are put together at joining sections 4. In addition, the fiber reinforcing bundle 6 is engaged with the projected joining sections 3 of the metal materials 2, and at the same time on the other side the reinforcing bundle 6 is integrated with the composite material 5 to form the intended joined body. |
