PURPOSE:To obtain an electrostatic attracting plate, which has static electricity removing effect by which a static electricity force is instantly lost, by using an electrostatic attracting sheet, wherein graft polymerization of acrylic resin and hydrophilic rubber is performed. CONSTITUTION:A comb shaped electrode 4 is held between an electrostatic attracting sheet 2 and an insulating substrate 3 in a sandwich shape, and an electrostatic attracting plate 1, which is used for attracting recording paper used in an X-Y recorder and the like, is constituted. As the electrostatic attracting sheet 2, BAYON (commercial name), wherein graft polymerization of PMMA (polymethyl methacryl acryl resin) and hydrophilic rubber is performed, is used. Removing time of the attracting force can be made considerably small without substantially lowering the attracting force. Therefore, change of the recording paper after the recording becomes easy, and the damage of the recording paper can be avoided. |
