PURPOSE:To prepare adenosine-3',5'-cyclic monophosphate efficiently, by using a bacterium having enhanced enzymatic activity through gene recombination. CONSTITUTION:A strain of Escherichia coli K-12 such as CA7902/pCAK-11 (FERM-P 6772), etc. having enhanced enzymatic activity for synthesizing adenosine-3',5'-cyclic monophosphate by gene recombination is cultivated, adenosine- 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate is collected from a culture solution, or a treated material of the culture solution such as a live mold, an extracted solution, a treated material with a surface active agent, etc. is brought into contact with adenosine-5'-triphosphate, magnesium ion and an inorganic phosphoric acid in the presence of an enzyme stabilizer such as preferably polyethylene glycol, triton X-100, etc. |
