PURPOSE:To discharge static electricity generated in a heating roller and prevent malfunction of a copying machine controlling circuit by connecting electrically the heating roller and the body of a machine with a grounding member made of conductive material. CONSTITUTION:An end of the grounding member 8 made of conductive material such as SUS material is fixed to a wall 6 with a machine screw 9 and another end is brought slidably into contact with the end face of the heating roller 1. Consequently, the heating roller 1 is grounded electrically to the wall 6, and static electricity flows to the wall 6. Thus, generation of discharging phenomenon is prevented. |
