PURPOSE:To obtain power by utilizing water flow, by engaging connecting shafts of wire chains with engagement portions of feed members, and providing blades perpendicular to the wire chains. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of wires 6 are bundled by bundling plates 7 having a length smaller than a width of grooves 2 and arranged at intervals same as those of engagement portions 4 formed on feed members 5a-5d to form two lines of endless wire chains 8a and 8b. A plurality of swinging plates 24 comprising engagement members 22 and blade mounting members 23 having a length slightly greater than a spacing of each of the connecting shafts 10 are rotatably supported through holes 21 to every other of the connecting shafts 10. When the blades 25 receive resistance of water flow, the wire chains 8a and 8b rotate with the blades 25 to transmit rotary power from a rotary shaft 1a as an output shaft to a generator 28. |
