PURPOSE:To attain circulation of oil or air enclosed into a shaft hole of a shifting fork with the outside by forming a ventilation groove connecting a spring storing part to the outside on the shaft hole sliding surface of a stepped collar or a shift rod sliding surface. CONSTITUTION:If the shifting rod 7 is moved in the right direction, the stepped collar 12 is pushed by a stoppering 16 engaged with the shift rod 7, a spring 11 is compressed and the shifting fork 8 is pushed to the right side by the force of the compressed spring 11, so that a coupling sleeve engaged with a fork pawl 9 is pushed to the end part of a front spline of a front output shaft located on the right side of the coupling sleeve. At that time, the spring 11 is compressed by the movement of the stepped collar 12 and air or oil included in the spring storing part is discharged to the outside through the ventilation groove 20 formed on the large diameter part of the stepped collar 12 in the axial direction. |
