Device for dispensing by gravity, from a bulk storage in a hollow volume of mechanical parts one by one, the parts being inscribed within a cylinder of revolution or not, by a system moving inside the storage volume, called a "gripping cutter", driven with an alternating vertical motion and provided with a stripping system and an ejection flap. The invention concerns a mechanical machine whose dispensing kinematics have functional advantages such that they considerably improve the quality of the work while protecting the environment from the harm generated by conventional machines with the same dispensing end results. An automatic control is necessary for ensuring the repeated work cycles. The drive energies are those normally used in the most varying industrial environments. <IMAGE>
