Golf training apparatus consisting of three elements. 1. A convex mirror 2 which can be adjusted very easily as a function of different lengths of clubs, in order to prevent distortions of the image. 2. Studs enabling the golfer to control the lateral movement of his club. 3. A movable, highly conspicuous, cat's-eye type (reflector) object 5, driven by a gear motor unit 6 to enable the golfer to achieve a good rhythm. A variable speed drive gives the golfer the possibility of obtaining a different speed for the movable object. The movable object may have an alternating bottom-to-top or top-to-bottom movement or have a rotary movement. <IMAGE>
