The invention concerns oblique socket type fittings 4, that is to say with a handle inclined with respect to the mount 2, the said handle fitting into a socket 4 which is integral with a plate 5 attached to the mount 2. It is characterised in that the following are combined: a. A plate 5, whose width is greater than that of the mount 2, having a heel 7 fitting around the edge 6 of the said mount 2, completed by a rim 8 fitting below the underneath of the latter; b. At least one means of permanent fixing on the free edge of the plate 5 in the centre of the mount 2; c. Lateral 12, 13 and frontal 14, 15 strengthening ribs between the socket and the mount.
