PURPOSE:To extend the applied field of an LAN (local area network) by using various conventional terminals supporting the standard protocol only to support a data link control of the LAN, and attaining communication between terminals. CONSTITUTION:Terminals T1, T2 are mounted with a network architecture not supporting the communication between terminals. Thus, the communication between terminals cannot be performed even the intervention of the LAN. Since a host and a protocol between terminals, however, are mounted, each terminal makes communication via a controller C by providing the controller C having a pseudo host function on the LAN. |
