PURPOSE:To produce a titled product by rotating an assembly consisting of a disc plate and pad sliding contact rings on both side faces thereof, irradiating laser light from both side faces thereto while moving optical waveguides in a vertical direction and welding the assembly spirally or like multiple circles. CONSTITUTION:Laser light is irradiated from a light source 10, via a pair of righ and left optical waveguides 9, 9 on both outsides of an assembly 3 consisting of a disc plate 1 and pad sliding contact rings 2, 2 on both side faces thereof, to said assembly. The respective inside superposed surfaces 3a, 3a are welded 11 by the laser light and the respective welds 11 have the circular orbits along the rotating direction with the rotation of the assembly 3. The assembly 3 and the waveguides 9, 9 are relatively moved along the radial direction of the assembly 3 in this stage. The welds 11 which are spiral over the entire part are obtd. if, for example, the waveguides 9, 9 sides are made freely movable as a whole in the vertical direction. |
