<p>PURPOSE:To shorten time delay for detecting readable state by providing the titled device with a readable voltage deciding circuit. CONSTITUTION:The readable voltage deciding circuit 8 inputs an inductive voltage value from an amplifier filtering circuit 4, compares the input voltage with a fixed level voltage value regulating the readable state, and when detecting an inductive voltage value exceeding the level, closes a switch S3 inserted into a circuit for an A/D conversion starting signal l4 applied from a control circuit 7 to an A/D converter 5 to actuate the A/D converter 5. When the inductive voltage value is lower than the level regulating the reading state, the switch S3 is opened and the A/D converter 5 and the succeeding arithmetic circuits are not actuated, so that a control circuit can update the addresses to the scanning circuits 2a, 2b without waiting the processing of the A/D converter 5 and the operating circuits. Consequently, the quick scanning of the sensing lines can be attained.</p> |
