PURPOSE:To allow to seal a seal section in an optimum condition by measuring the temperature of a discharge pipe seal section intermittently with a temperature sensor incorporated in a temperature measuring pipe. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust measuring pipe 21 is inserted which has a higher melting point, equal or lower heat conductivity, and equal or higher mechanical strength compared with those of the discharge pipe of a discharge unit. In this temperature measuring pipe 21, a thermocouple 23 of a temperature sensor 6 is provided with its junction section 22 being just provided at the center of a seal section heating 7, i.e., at a position corresponding to the seal section of the dischage pipe, and the temperature of the junction section 22 is displayed on a thermometer by means of a signal from the thermocoupler 23. In this case, it is simple to measure a standard temperature beforehand indirectly by using a discharge unit with a good profile after sealing. |
