PURPOSE:To permit next attaching work without waiting for the interlocking of an adhesive by a method wherein the jig is constituted so that the side setting the assembled members can be removed under a condition that a lense series and a photosensor are under bonding, in the optimum assembling jig for attaching two pieces of optical parts. CONSTITUTION:In case the photosensor 22, held by a sensor holding device 21, is attached to the center of the end face of the lens series 20 consisting of a plurality os sheets of lens 20a, the lens series 20 is set on the support groove 10a of a support table 10 at first and, then, the root of the sensor holding device 21 is clamped by a first clamp unit 7. Next, X, Y tables 5, 4 are operated to coindide the optical axes of both parts 20, 22. Subsequently, the adhesive is coated on the tip end surface of the sensor 22 and the Z table 3 is operated to contact both parts 20, 22 closely, Thereafter, the tip end side of the holding device 21 is clamped by the second clamp 17 and the first clamp 7 is released, then, an attaching and detaching board 8 is removed from a base table 1 together with the lens series 20 and the holding device 21 of the photosensor 22, thereby permitting the next boding work of the sensor 22 and the lens series 20. |
