PURPOSE:To obtain easily and inexpensively an excellent product by coating an adhesive on each superposed surface of two members which are superposed via a sheet-like brazing material, bonding tentatively the members to prevent the positional deviation, etc. in the succeeding brazing. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive 5 which is preliminarily and separately prepared is supplied by a dropping or other method on the surfaces 4 of the 1st and the 2nd members 1, 2 which are superposed on each other via a sheet-like brazing material 3, respectively from the outside thereof. Both members 1, 2 are brought into press contact with each other and are tentatively bonded to each other together with the material 3 by the adhesive 5. Both members 1, 2 which are tentatively bonded are conducted into a heating furnace or the like and are heated so that the members are brazed and bonded to each other by the material 3. A soln. consisting essentially of, for example, an acrylic resin, is used as the above- mentioned adhesive. The adhesive 5 is removably by thermal decomposition in the stage of the heating treatment and does not interfere the brazing and bonding. |
