PURPOSE:To decrease the access time as well as the number of pins by sharing at least one of a detector and a generator for plural information blocks and selecting and actuating alternatively the gates provided for each block. CONSTITUTION:Plural information recording parts 21 are connected to a detector 1 via a gate 51, and a generator 3 is connected to each part 21 via a gate 52. For the peripheral circuits which actuate a chip of such a constitution, a block selecting circuit 60 which supplies a gate current only to the gate 51 or 52 of the block 21 after detecting a part 21 (block) to which the reading/writing is carried out is provided in addition to a generating circuit 13, a detecting circuit 11 and a gate current generating circuit 61. As a result, the access time is reduced with reduction of the number of pins. |
