Laevogyrous enantiomers of tetrahydro-5,6,13,13a-8H-dibenzo[a,g]-quinolizine derivatives having the formula (III), wherein R'3 is hydrogen, an alkyl or aryl group or a radical -OR or -SR, R being hydrogen, an alkyl or aryl group or a group having the formula: R"-C=O R" being an alkyl or aryl group; R'10 and R'11, identical or different, are hydrogen, a hydroxy, alkoxy or aryloxy group, or R'10 and R'11 form together a -O-(CH2)n-O- group wherein n is from 1 to 3. Application to the treatment of cardiovasculary diseases.
