CONTINUOUS DIGESTER FOR THE PRODUCTION OF BIOMETHANE FROM ORGANIC SUBSTANCES

The digester comprises a vat divided into two parts; the central part (9) where the acidification reactions take place, the peripheral part (43) where the anaerobic digestion takes place and where a movable wall (32) sweeps alternatively the whole volume. A pump (28) mounted on the movable wall enables to send the products being fermented successively on either side of said wall at the same time as the products to be digested are introduced into the vein of products being recirculated.
