PURPOSE:To scarcely make a chromatic aberration feel even in case when a base material having a high refractive index is used, by applying the coloring a yellow system, a brown system, a blue system or its intermediate color to a progressive multifocus lens using a base material whose abbe number is <=40. CONSTITUTION:A multifocus lens is constituted of an area 1 for seeing a distant place, an area 2 for seeing this side, and an intermediate part area 3, and a base material having a high refractive index, whose Abbe number is <=40 is used in order to make it thin and light. Also, in order to improve a chromatic aberration, coloring of a yellow system, a brown system, a blue system or its intermediate color is applied. If a base material having a high refractive index is used, a chromatic aberration is generated, and especially, in case of a multifocus lens using the circumferential part which is separated from a fitting point 4, a problem for use is generated, but by applying said coloring, it is possible to scarcely make a chromatic aberration feed. |
