发明名称 OPERATING METHOD OF VERTICAL TYPE MELT REDUCTION FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable effective preliminary reduction of hardly reducible powdery and granular ore by adjusting the amt. of the lumped coal to be compounded into the lumped solid reducing agent in a vertical type melt reduction furnace so as to generate the waste gas having an intended compsn. CONSTITUTION:Lumped coal and other lumped solid reducing agent are supplied respectively from hoppers 4, 5, via a supply device 6, into a vertical type melt reduction furnace 3, and the material packed in the furnace 3 is burned by the preheated oxidative gas blown through tuyrene groups 7, 7'. The reducible high-temp. gas generated in the furnace 3 is conducted, through an evacuation port 8 and a branch pipe 8', to the bottom of a preliminary reduction furnace 2, where the hardly reducible powdery and granular ore in the furnace 2 is preliminary reduced. The amt. of the lumped coal to be compounded is so adjusted to generate the waste gas of the vertical furnace corresponding to the fluidized preliminary reducing gas to have the gaseous compsn. by which the partially reduced ore having an intended preliminary reduction rate is obtd. The rate of the lumped ore to be compounded is preferably 10-85wt% in the total lumped solid reducing agent.
