发明名称 HEAT TRANSFER TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE:To accelerate the mixing of cooling medium for thereby optimizing the distribution of cooling medium to achieve the improvement of heat exchanging amount and heat transfer, by internally providing the flattened heat transfer tube of heat exchanger with a plurality of parallel pass partition plates in an intermittently variable space. CONSTITUTION:Where a cooling medium flows into a heat conducting tube 12 through a header 5 as shown by an arrow mark B, the cooling medium can be freely mixed, because of the intermittent arrangement of flow-pass partition plates 13a, 13b-13n which form a plurality of passageways in the heat conducting tube. As a result, the mixing condition can be remarkably improved due to a mixing action at the rearward portion of tube, even when the cooling medium is only poorly distributed at the inlet of tube. Moreover, an unit flow-pass partition plate is arranged with a space gradually narrower at the rearward air stream portion than at the frontal portion thereof, and consequently the cooling medium stream has a larger flow resistance to reduce the flow rate thereof. The space >1, l2 of unit flow-pass partition plate is gradually larger at the portion closer to an air inlet to increase the flow rate of cooling medium. Therefore, a locally overheated portion can be avoided, while maintaining the effective heat transfer area in the tube for thereby improving the heat conductivity.
