<p>PURPOSE:To satisfy the followability of a liquefied gas evaporating device with respect to variations in load, disturbanses and as well variations in the ratio of gas mixture, by detecting the content of a gas holder to adjust the flow of heating fluid fed to an evaporator, and as well by detecting the flow of gas fed from the gas holder to a fuel consumption device and the liquid level of a liquefied gas container to adjust the flow of liquefied gas. CONSTITUTION:A container 1 for temporarily storing therein liquefied gas 2 from a storage tank, has a capacity corresponding to a usual consumption for a couple of minutes. An evaporator 7 evaporates liquefied gas 2 from the container 1, and the gas holder 11 temporarily stores the evaporated gas. A flow adjusting device 17 disposed in a flow adjusting valve 15, is connected with a pressure signal line 18 from a pipe line 14 in the part upstream of a fuel consumption device and with a flow signal line 19 for delivering a gas flow signal from the pipe line 14 in accordance with the opening degree of the valve 15, etc., and is communicated with a level signal line 20 from a level detector 3 and as well with a flow control valve 4.
