PURPOSE:A false-twisting nozzle for spinning that has the minimum diameter part having special fine grooves immediately on the upper stream of the large diameter part having the air-jetting hole in the fiber dundle-passing path, thus preventing formation of flying fluffs caused by associated air current and wrapping of fluffs round the fiber bundle feeder. CONSTITUTION:In a false-twisting nozzle which is used in the production of bundle-spun yarns, the path for passing the fiber bundle is composed of inlet 3, smaller diameter part 4, the minimum diameter part 8 having fine grooves 10, and the large diameter part 6 and a plurality of air-jetting nozzles 6 (in the figure, 2 nozzles are shown) are opened at the large diameter part 5 immediately on the lower stream of the minimum diameter part 8. The fine groove 10 is arranged, when seen from the lower stream side, in such a way as angles theta1, theta2 made by the straight line L connecting the center of the fine groove 10 and the center of the nozzle 1 and the straight lines M and N connecting both ends of the major axis of the ellipse formed by the opening 6a at the large diameter part 5 of the air-jetting nozzle with the nozzle center become acute. |
