The invention relates to a drive with infinitely variable control of the rotational speed, a variable-ratio transmission being arranged between the input element and the output element. In order to provide a comparatively simple drive by means of which it is possible to achieve infinitely variable rotational-speed control and a very wide range of applications, it is proposed that the variable-ratio transmission be designed as a hydraulic motor coupling (1), the torque of which is transmitted via the pressurised fluid to a variable displacement pump (6). <IMAGE>
