<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet and a composite material having flexibility and excellent electric conductivity, by applying a resin powder obtained by dry blending a plasticizer and carbon black in vinyl chloride resin to form a coating film which is then heated, melted and cooled. CONSTITUTION:20-80pts.wt. of a plasticizer and 3-70pts.wt. of carbon black are dry blended in 100pts.wt. of vinyl chloride resin and, if ncecessary, other resin compounding agent is further dry blended therein to obtain a resin powder with bulk density of 0.25 or more and angle of repose of 40 deg. or less. The coating film 4 comprising the resin powder 1 supplied on a substrate 3 having releasability from a hopper 2 is made uniform in the thickness and density thereof by a thickness regulating plate 6 and a press tool 7. Subsequently, the coating film 4 is sent to a heating furnace 8 and, after heating and melting, cooled to release a conductive sheet 9 from the substrate 3. When a reinforcing substrate is adhered to the single surface or both surfaces of said conductive sheet, the objective product having excellent strength can be obtained.</p> |
