<p>PURPOSE:To sufficiently compensate the variation in the voltage of a battery by obtaining the divided voltage of the battery by a series circuit of a Zener diode and resistors and compensating the voltage in response to the variation in the divided voltage. CONSTITUTION:The voltage of a battery 50 is divided by a Zener diode 70 and resistors 65, 66. When the voltage of the battery 50 is varied, the partial voltage varies, and the DC component of the output voltage of a differential amplifier 63 varies. This output voltage is supplied to the non-inverting terminal of a comparator 30, thereby compensating the average power supplied to a fan motor 40 in the direction for not varying.</p> |
