PURPOSE:To improve the productivity by bending a circular coil unit aligned and wound intimately to manufacture a cylindrical element coil. CONSTITUTION:Bending projecting and recessing parts 7, 6 are pressed on circular coil units 5 which are aligned and intimately wound. The parts 6, 7 are alternately formed in even number on the entire periphery of the unit 5. The unit 5 is bent along the bending line at the conductor strips 8, 9 in such a manner that the one surfaces of the strips 8, 9 are intimately contacted in the recessing part 6 and the other surfaces of the strips 8, 9 are intimately contacted in the projecting part 7, and shaped so that the strips 8, 9 extend along the imaginary cylindrical surface 10 to form a cylindrical element coil 11. |
